Automated Technology

Set up and use is quick, easy and mobile friendly! Simply create a calendar for each resource (it can be a person, meeting room, or piece of equipment), then schedule available time slots for clients to reserve and book. You can even customize your portal with your logo and pictures! You can designate administrative tasks, like scheduling to an assistant who can easily invite clients to use the system and reserve a time slot for them, which can be confirmed easily online. Once a session/appointment is booked, it can be conveniently integrated into both yours and your client’s personal calendar. Your clients can access the calendars online to book and/or update sessions at any time. Plus, they can confirm each booked session quickly and easily using their mobile device via SMS.
